New for 2011 - Recipe exchange!

A brand new feature for this year’s festival will be our Recipe Exchange; visitors, guest chefs and stallholders alike can leave their knock-out recipes for everyone to copy and enjoy. So think up your all-time family favourites or dinner party specials and simply write – or type – up the recipes and bring them along to the festival for the Recipe Exchange board. You are sure to take home some cracking ideas from other people’s offerings, so make sure you bring your pen and paper!
