Recipe Exchange

All new for this year’s festival will be the Recipe Exchange, where visitors - and guest chefs alike - will be invited to leave copies of their all-time favourite recipes for fellow festival-goers to copy and enjoy.
 

So, if you’re proud of your family’s Friday night curry recipe, Grandma’s scones are to die for, or you’ve simply discovered a great recipe that you think is worth sharing with fellow foodies, simply write – or type – it up and bring along a copy to the food festival. You’ll be able to pin your recipe on the ‘recipe exchange board’ where it will be available for others to copy down and take home. Don’t forget your notebook so that you can take down the details of all the other great recipes that will be available on the day!

By sharing your favourite recipe you won’t just be helping other food lovers discover your favourite home-cooked dishes, but you could be in with the chance to win a pair of ‘Friends of the Festival’ memberships for the 2012 festival.
